Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision of a preceptor and charge nurse.
• Assesses patients’ needs and revises individualized plans of care.
• Communicates with medical staff and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates caring practices and supports patient and family needs.
• Documents patient care in the electronic medical record following standards.
