CommonSpirit Health recruits graduate nurses into the Nurse Residency Program (NRP) in the Houston area. The cohort begins February 15, 2027, with a 12-month transition-to-practice platform and dedicated mentors to support clinical growth.

Residents receive a comprehensive, evidence-based orientation and ongoing education by education specialists, nursing leaders, and preceptors across multiple St. Luke's facilities and locations.

Qualifications

• Graduates with BSN are required.
• ADN or BSN is acceptable; ADN preferred in some locations.
• NCLEX completed with active or pending license.

Responsibilities
