Wayne HealthCare in Greenville, OH is seeking a Nurse Resident Coordinator within the Education Dept. This full-time role designs, implements, and evaluates education for newly graduated or transitioning RNs, reporting to the Education Manager. Primarily dayshift with flexibility for training needs on off shifts; non-union hourly position with limited weekends and no holidays.

Required: Ohio RN license, BSN; MSN preferred. BLS & ACLS certification required; BLS/ACLS Instructor preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Current BLS & ACLS certification required.
• ACLS & BLS Instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instructor of Nurse Residency programs including: New Graduate RN Residency, Fellowship, Graduating Student Nurse Associate program.
• POCT/Glucometer Instructor.
• PAPR Instructor.
• Aseptic Instructor.
• ECG Instructor.
• Provides annual education and competency testing.
