This role supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of research and quality improvement initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes, enhance the delivery of healthcare services, and advance clinical nursing practice.Working collaboratively with nursing leadership, physicians, unit managers, and multidisciplinary teams, the Nurse Researcher helps translate current evidence and research findings into clinical practice. This individual will support nurses in developing research questions, designing and conducting studies, analyzing data, disseminating findings, and pursuing opportunities for grant funding and publication.The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical background, expertise in research design and program development, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
