Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit on Fri/Sat night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with one weeknight.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or equivalent experience.
• NH RN license required.
• BCLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for medical/surgical and telemetry patients on a 34-bed unit.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort with patient ratios of 5:1 days and 6:1 nights.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Education

BSN Preferred or equivalent experience

Registered Nurse - NH state

BCLS certification

1 year clinical experience

Job Description

Shift: Fri and Sat Nights: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and 1 weeknight

30% differential for every weekend and additional night differentials.

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3-4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Pay Range

$35.00 - $63.15

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
