Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minnesota seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice serving eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis–St Paul area with flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 and no call.

You will participate in a multidisciplinary team within a fully integrated EPIC system, seeing about 20–30 patients per day in a 10-hour shift, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited formal Family Nurse Practitioner training program.
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

Job Overview

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis‑St Paul area and surrounding suburbs.

Practice Details

• Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.
• Our Maplewood location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites.
• Patient encounters average 20‑30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
• Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 – Flexible schedule, weekend coverage is most needed. For a 1.0 FTE, total annual requirement of 1,664 hours total.
• No Call required.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited formal Family Nurse Practitioner training program.

• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).

Additional Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
