Job summary

Spring Mountain Women in Las Vegas, NV seeks a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our women's health team on a temporary basis for 8-10 weeks. Immediate start and flexible hours support high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role focuses on exams, preventive screenings, routine gynecology, and managing acute and chronic conditions. You will prescribe meds, perform procedures, and document in the EHR, collaborating with physicians to ensure coordinated, compassionate care for our patients.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada NP license or ability to obtain
• MSN or DNP in Nursing from an accredited program
• Board certification as a Family or Women's Health NP
• Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or primary care preferred
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health care including exams, screenings, and wellness visits
• Diagnose and manage conditions specific to women's health
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Perform in-office procedures such as colposcopies, IUD insertions, and biopsies
• Counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and menopause management
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada (or ability to obtain)

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)


• Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or primary care preferred


• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority
