Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to oversee the MosAIC Nursing team, manage daily staff operations, ensure accurate patient records, and coordinate follow-up appointments with nurses and physicians to deliver premium patient care.

You will perform initial screenings, provide infusions and injections, update records, and guide staff under the General Manager to maintain high-quality service standards. This full-time role requires a NP license and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• 5+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment required.
• Must have strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with physicians to deliver optimum care.
• Be able to work in a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient screenings and take medical histories.
• Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC and Amerita patients as needed.
• Assess patients receiving infusions and initiate emergency protocols if adverse reactions occur.
• Deliver high-quality care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Update patient records and ensure accuracy at each appointment.
• Analyze test data to determine follow-up needs and treatments.
• Provide ongoing care information and counseling to patients with complex conditions.
• Document all actions in the Company EHR system.
• Under supervision, handle daily management tasks such as time-off requests and timecard approvals; participate in annual reviews; support staff performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations


• Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC patients and Amerita patients if needed


• Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur


• Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics


• Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment


• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options


• Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions


• Complete documentation in Company EHR system


• Under the supervision of General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as:

  • Participate in the annual performance review process
  
  
  • Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action
