• Collaborate with medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide high-quality care.
• Educate residents and families and formulate evidence-based care plans aligned with patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment and ensure core values are respected in care delivery.
• Review charting and administration of care for timeliness and accuracy.
