• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and advises management on actions needed.
• Maintains professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and aligns with organizational core values.
• Reviews charting and documentation to ensure timely and accurate care delivery.
