Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our clinical leadership team in a Texas SNF. You will oversee admissions and discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition, while collaborating with the care team to support residents across short- and long-term stays.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas APN license with a DEA registration, a Master’s in Nursing, and nursing or clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas APN licensure (or APRN) and DEA registration.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Previous nursing or clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions and discharges.
• Perform monthly stability checks and evaluations for changes in condition.
• Lead advanced care planning and comprehensive assessments.
• Prescribe treatments as appropriate for residents.
