You will manage admissions and discharges, perform monthly stability checks, and evaluate changes in condition, while handling advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) and DEA License.
• Previous nursing or clinical experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Master’s degree in Nursing.
