Qualifications

• Must have an active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of conditions.
• Conduct regular patient rounding and timely evaluations.
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and imaging.
• Prescribe and manage medications in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with nursing and other interdisciplinary teams.
