Job summary

Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions, PC in Michigan seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality care in assisted living facilities. You will perform histories, exams, consults, medication management, mental health evaluations, immunizations, and ADL assessments within regulatory guidelines.

The role offers Monday–Friday, supported by office staff, malpractice coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/401k and PTO. Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience in health care, preferably in home health.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a national body and Michigan licensure.
• Ability to work autonomously in a non-structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide NP care in assisted living facilities per scope of practice.
• Conduct history and physical exams, consults, and diagnoses.
• Manage medications, perform mental health evaluations and immunizations.
• Assess daily living activities and patient safety within regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The current position is responsible for providing the highest quality Nurse Practitioner care to perform work in the assisted living facilities setting. The NP will provide services such as history and physical examinations, consults, medication management, symptom treatment, mental health evaluations, diagnostic tests, immunizations, assessment of safety and the assessment of the ability to perform activities of daily living within the NP scope of practice and within all agency, state, and federal regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• One year experience
• Ability to work autonomously in a non-structured environment
• Home health experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skillS
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty by a National Credentialing Organization and the State of Michigan.
