Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited NP program.
• Current, unrestricted Florida NP/APRN license.
• National board certification (FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP/PNP, etc.).
• 2–4 years of direct patient-care NP experience.
• Experience in hematology/sickle cell, oncology/infusion, internal medicine, or pain management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sickle cell patient care including evaluation, treatment, labs, and referrals.
• Oversee infusions and procedures, monitor patients, and respond to emergencies.
• Support patient follow-up, education, engagement, and continuity of care.
• Serve as on-site clinical lead, supporting staff, patient flow, and clinic readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality, safety, compliance and teamwork.
