Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants for outpatient primary care roles serving seniors in Oklahoma. You will provide high-quality primary care in modern centers within a collaborative team.

You will have base compensation with potential bonuses, full malpractice coverage, generous benefits, CME support, and travel within the market as needed to cover multiple centers. ArchWell Health values patient-centric care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfortable managing a Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians and RN managers.
• Deliver high-quality primary care addressing medical and social needs.

Ideal candidates will be:

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
