Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing in state of employment or PA license.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Experience with Medicare-aged, medically underserved patients.
• Strong examination and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged, medically underserved patients.
• Collaborate with a care team including physicians and RN managers to deliver comprehensive care.
• Emphasize quality metrics and patient-centered care in a fast-growing organization.

Ideal candidates will be:

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
