Job summary

Greater Good Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its Great Falls, MT clinic. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care to a senior patient panel, coordinating with a care team to deliver holistic, high-touch services.

The role requires an active MT NP/AGNP license, CPR/BLS, prescriptive authority and DEA license, plus 3–5+ years in primary care. Expect collaborative teamwork and multi-modal care delivery including potential telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active MT NP/AGNP license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Prescriptive Authority by MT Board and DEA license required.
• 3–5+ years in primary care practice preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care including well and chronic care management.
• Manage a patient panel with high-touch, coordinated care.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants/LPNs, Front Office, Clinic Manager, and Medical Director.
• Educate patients on preventive measures and disease management.
• Deliver care via in-clinic or telehealth modalities and participate in after-hours coverage.
