Job summary

Greater Good Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead patient care at our Great Falls clinic. You will manage a senior patient panel, deliver holistic primary care, and collaborate with Medical Assistants, clinic leadership, and specialists to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes a high-touch, patient-centered approach, state licensure compliance, and on-site clinic duties with possible telehealth components as needed.

Qualifications

• Active FNP or AGNP license in Montana is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Prescriptive Authority by MT board and DEA license is required.
• 3–5+ years of primary care experience is required.
• Experience with EHR systems and patient education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong culture and foster community.
• Deliver primary care to senior patients including well visits and chronic care management.
• Manage a patient panel with coordination from the care team.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotation with other clinicians.
• Perform telephonic triage and support as needed.
