Greater Good Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead primary care for a panel of senior patients at our Helena, MT clinics. The role emphasizes high-touch, holistic care delivered alongside a dedicated care team across in-clinic visits and telehealth as needed.

Active MT NP license, CPR/BLS, and prescriptive authority are required. The position offers a $15k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance with a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Montana FNP/AGNP license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Prescriptive authority by MT board of Nursing/DEA license required.
• 3–5+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a panel of senior patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-touch, coordinated care.
• Manage patient panels with support from MAs/LPNs, front office, and leadership.
• Perform wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Provide education on preventive care, lifestyle, and disease management.
• Make referrals and coordinate with specialists and other facilities.
