Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient role in Florida. This position offers a supportive team environment with no call and Monday-Friday hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, preferably in value-based care, and should be fluent in Spanish. Competitive salary and excellent benefits, including PTO and CME allowances, are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recent experience as an NP in a primary care setting.
• Experience in managing Medicare Advantage patients.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care to a patient population daily.
• Collaborate with MDs and other healthcare staff.
• Participate in patient treatment planning.

Job Description

100% outpatient - no call. Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM–5 PM. Patient population: Medicare Advantage, 12–18 patients daily. Team: 1 NP and 2 MDs.

Education & Experience

• MSN Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
• Minimum of 3–5 years recent experience as an NP in a primary care setting
• Preferably in value-based care
• Fluent Spanish a plus
• Must live within 15–25 minutes from clinic

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses
• 3 days CME
• $1,500 CME allowance
