The Little Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a retail health setting. You will manage clinical operations and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare.
• Active license and state credentials (AANP/ANCC).
• Board certified FNP or PA, where eligible.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Participate in peer review, quality assurance and staff meetings.

• Keep clinic open for scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC.

• Manage inventory and order supplies for cost-efficient operations.
• Perform quality control on instruments and CLIA-waived testing.
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems as directed.
• Support mentor program and serve as a role model.
