Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking an experienced clinician (NP or PA) to deliver high-quality care in a retail setting. You will build relationships with patients, store teams, and the broader healthcare community to promote continuity of care.

The role requires board certification (FNP-C or PA-C), an active license, and at least 1 year in healthcare. You’ll work with regional management to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting education and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C) and state credentials
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Maintain confidentiality
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and written/oral communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with EHR charting systems (DESIRED)

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality medical care to patients while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe, quality-based healthcare environment
• Keep clinic hours and operate across assigned locations as needed
• Collaborate with regional management and promote TLC to increase clinic utilization
• Respond to feedback from customer experience surveys and correct issues
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to control costs
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies in all systems
• Support mentorship and ongoing clinical education
• Provide coverage for clinics within the region as required
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Maintain community presence through local nursing organizations
• Present a neat, professional image per dress code
• Engage in other duties as assigned by regional management
• Travel to designated clinics if float or as required
