Job summary

Turing is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners to contribute clinical expertise for projects that fine‑tune large language models across hospital, outpatient, or specialty care settings. This remote freelance role centers on advanced clinical practice, diagnosis, and patient management.

You will design real‑world clinical scenarios, craft clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans, and collaborate with AI researchers to improve medical terminology, documentation, and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP degree required.
• 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in clinical, hospital, or specialty care setting.
• Active NP certification and license in the U.S.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain complex clinical reasoning clearly and precisely.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world clinical and diagnostic scenarios to test AI reasoning and accuracy.
• Write clear, structured explanations covering diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance models' understanding of medical terminology, documentation, and clinical judgment.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, safety, and adherence to professional clinical standards.
