The nurse practitioner in this position will perform regulatory visits for up to 72 Veterans and their spouses at the Minnesota Veterans Home – Montevideo and a smaller number of residents at the Minnesota Veterans Home – Minneapolis. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to perform in‑person assessments on and coordinate care for residents when physically on site for sub‑acute issues as clinically appropriate.
