Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to Support Pulmonology/Critical Care in Freehold, New Jersey
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join Pulmonary Associates of CentraState in Freehold, NJ. This role includes a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with coverage at CentraState Medical Center's intensive care unit as well as the outpatient pulmonology practice located on the hospital campus.
The Nurse Practitioner will work three 12-hour shifts per week (days and nights) with one weekend shift required per month. The position is supported by a collaborative team of experienced pulmonologists who provide a full spectrum of care, including management of pulmonary conditions, sleep medicine, inpatient consults, and critical care services.
The Nurse Practitioner will play an integral role in supporting the pulmonology and critical care team, contributing to patient management and clinical decision-making. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to care, and a minimum of three years of critical care experience as either an NP or RN.
