Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide direct psychiatric care and medication management within a multidisciplinary team.

As a senior member of the clinical team, you will contribute to recovery-focused treatment plans, participate in on-site patient care, and collaborate with colleagues across departments. The role includes a weekly on-call rotation M-F 5pm-8am with added pay for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with an advanced healthcare qualification.
• Completion of an accredited NP program and PMHNP certification.
• State APN licensure and active DEA/furnishing licenses.
• ANCC PMHNP board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric care and medication management to clients.
• Develop and deliver recovery-focused treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as a senior clinician within the clinical team.
• Weekly on-call rotation: M-F 5pm–8am with additional $250 per night for emergencies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a PMHNP

Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice

What You Will Do to Change Lives

As a senior member of the clinical team, the Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric care and medication treatment to members served, in addition to the recovery focused treatment plan developed and delivered in concert with the multidisciplinary team.

Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Full-time, 40 hours per week M-F day shift

Weekly rotating on call M-F 5pm-8am, occasional emergency calls only additional $250 per night

Compensation -

Expected Employee starting wage range - $168,582 - $208,192 / annually

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
