Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a part-time, 24-hour-per-week on-site role in Riverside, CA. The NP will provide direct psychiatric care and medication management to clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused treatment plans.

The role runs 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, with on-call emergencies by phone; an additional $150 per night applies after hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science is required.
• Master/advanced degree in healthcare science per licensing.
• Completion of an accredited NP program is required.
• PMHNP board certification (ANCC) required.
• APRN licensure in state practicing.
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric care and medication management.
• Develop and deliver recovery-focused treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.

Education

What You Will Do to Change Lives

As a senior member of the clinical team, the Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric care and medication treatment to members served, in addition to the recovery focused treatment plan developed and delivered in concert with the multidisciplinary team.

Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP - Part-time 24 hours per week

8am-5pm M-F onsite position (Flexible on days), on call for emergencies only by phone 5pm-8am additional $150 per night

Compensation -

Expected Employee starting wage range - $78 - $96 / hourly

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
