Perks: Mileage reimbursement (58.5 cents per mile)
As a Nurse Practitioner with CommonSpirit Health at Home, you’ll provide face-to-face assessment services to patients to assist the Medical Director and team to determine each patient’s continuing eligibility for home care or hospice care. This role may involve providing services in various settings, including the patient’s home, a physician’s office, or an inpatient hospice facility.
