Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a provider in good standing and maintain hospital established credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interview and examine patients to determine a diagnosis.
• Order tests to determine illnesses and injuries.
• Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle changes for patient care.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Serve as a resource for staff and students on clinical issues.
• Participate in clinic and affiliated facility committees and education offerings.
