Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies required.
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Colorado.
• PA-C certification with NCCPA required for hire.
• Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications.
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status.
• No sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA lists.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership with privileges.
• Prescriptive authority as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic coverage to support continuity of care and patient access.
• Evaluate, treat, and manage general neurology patients.
