Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time role focuses on supporting Medicare Advantage patients and practicing at the full scope of your license with a manageable patient load.

Formación

• Unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain by start date.
• National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA.
• Current DEA registration or ability to by start date.
• Current BLS certification or ability to by start date.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a provider within primary care.

Responsabilidades

• Support Medicare Advantage patients through annual wellness visits.
• See patients at Goodyear, Deer Valley, and Surprise Community Centers.
• Practice at the full scope of your license.
• Focus on patient care with only 10 patients per day.
