Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide and manage high-quality care in their specialty area. The role reports to the Director of Advance Practice – Adult and Family Medicine and supports clinical staff and students as part of the medical education programs.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited NP graduate degree, a current Arizona NP license, board certification, CPR, and fingerprint clearance, with a commitment to bilingual service preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited NP program and state licensure.
• Board certification in the NP specialty.
• CPR certification and required background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including exams, evaluations, and treatment within scope.
• Prescribes pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Refers patients to specialists and coordinates care with other providers.
• Directs and coordinates nursing, care coordinators, and support staff.
• Maintains patient records and completes required paperwork and billing data.
• Participates in health promotion, education and prevention programs.
• Mentors medical staff and contributes to clinical education programs.
• Educates clinical students and community partners per program guidelines.

Formation

Graduate Degree from Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

Current Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner

Board Certification in the area specific to the position

Current CPR certification

Fingerprint Clearance Card

Driver's License (may be required)
