Job summary

Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva in California seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care in collaboration with physicians.

You will diagnose and treat illnesses, perform exams, order tests, manage medications, educate patients, and maintain accurate records in an EHR system.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and NP license are required.
• DEA registration and BLS certification are required or obtained on hire.
• Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number and NP certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Educate patients on prevention, medications and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records in an EHR system.
• Collaborate with physicians to coordinate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
