Greater Good Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Idaho Falls region primary care clinics. You will deliver high-touch, holistic care to a panel of senior patients, collaborating with a care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities include full-scope primary care, chronic disease management, annual wellness visits, and care coordination with specialists. On-site clinic work with opportunities for telehealth. Idaho license required.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho FNP or AGNP license (Required).
• CPR/BLS Certification (Required).
• Prescriptive Authority by the ID state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License (Required).
• Practice in Primary Care and independent patient care 3-5+ years (Required).
• Valid Idaho Driver’s License (Required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required).
