Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Virginia NP license and applicable certifications.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
• DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide whole-person primary care to patients of all ages.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with a preventive care focus.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care coordinators for seamless care.
• Maintain thorough records in the EHR and support quality initiatives.
• Participate in community health screenings and outreach events.
