La Clínica de La Raza is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in the Bay Area. This Reg P/T position supports patient-centered care within a diverse community, emphasizing equity and quality outcomes.
The candidate will triage, manage medical care, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with a cross-functional team. BLS and board certification are required, with California licensure and DEA, and opportunities for mentorship and professional
Competenze
- Must hold current BLS certificate.
- Board certification required; must become board certified within 6 months if not yet certified.
- Requires California license and DEA registration.
- Two years clinical experience in family medicine or geriatrics preferred.
Mansioni
- Provide medical triage and care management for a panel of patients.
- Make referrals to specialty providers and ensure follow-up.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate.
- Deliver care with cultural humility to a diverse patient population.
