Zusammenfassung

La Clínica de La Raza is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providers to deliver comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting. You will care for a diverse patient population, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in mentorship and quality initiatives.

NHSC approved site with loan repayment options. The role emphasizes culturally humble care, patient education, and collaboration with health educators, nurses, and case managers to improve health

Qualifikationen

Must hold a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate and be able to obtain it within 30 days.
Requires California license and DEA; board certification required or achievable within 6 months for NP/PA roles.

Aufgaben

Provide primary care in outpatient setting to a diverse patient population.
Deliver evidenced-based care to improve health outcomes and patient experience.
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure care continuity and efficiency.
Adapt to evening and Saturday rotation clinics as needed.
