Qualifications

• State of Texas License as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years experience required
• Licensed to practice in jurisdiction as required by the State
• Preferred general or community health nursing experience
• Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position
• Must be able to adhere to all client related policies and procedures including confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Will primarily provide health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of a physician.
• This includes patient examination, comprehensive physical examinations, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
