Job summary

Texas Family Clinic LLC in Humble, TX is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care clinic. In this autonomous role, you will manage a diverse patient panel focusing on health promotion and chronic disease management.

You will perform histories and exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, educate patients, and maintain accurate EHRs. The position offers a stable schedule Mon-Thu and Fri half-day, with a starting date in Oct/Nov 2026.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted NP license in Texas.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
  • DEA registration or eligibility for prescriptive authority.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably EPIC.

  • Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.

Work Hours:


  • Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
