Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• NJ RN license and APN credentials.
• NP certification and CDS/DEA credentials preferred.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administers injections, immunizations and oral medications, starts IV.
• Record patient progress notes and issue diagnostic orders.
• Assist with counseling and education functions.
• Billing for patient services per CMS and NJ regulations.
• Develop care plans in coordination with multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient records according to facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers for patient care.
• Examine patients, determine illness, prescribe treatments as indicated.
