Qualifications

• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license (APRN) or PA licensure.
• Current Texas RN/NP license for NP candidates.
• Valid Driver's License with insurability.
• Background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial and periodic physical health evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe and manage medications per guidelines and patient preferences.
• Order, review, and monitor labs, screenings, and diagnostics.
• Provide chronic disease management and routine primary care.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
