Job summary
TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities five days a week with strong support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
The compensation ranges from $127,090 to $150,508 annually, with no cap on productivity income. You will collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team and participate in a comprehensive
Qualifications
- Must hold NP or PA license in Pennsylvania.
- DEA certification required.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
