The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates and emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time urgent care or emergency medicine experience, or 2 years of family medicine experience.
• Experience treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures including suturing, casting and splinting, EKG & X-ray interpretation.

• Provide urgent care in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.
• Manage a wide range of clinical presentations and complexity.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience

• One (1) year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, or
• Two (2) years of Family Medicine experience.
• Experience treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures including:
• Suturing
• Casting and splinting
• Preliminary EKG interpretation
• Preliminary X-ray interpretation

Physician Assistant Requirements

• Master\'s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification.

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Master\'s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current ANCC or AANP certification.
