Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care joins UPMC-GoHealth Team to deliver urgent care in the greater Pittsburgh area and locations across PA and WV. The role requires EM or urgent care experience, NC/ANCC or AANP certifications depending on PA/NP track, and comfort with minor procedures.

Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available; on-site centers use EPIC EMR with on-site X-ray and POC testing to support efficient, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year full-time EM experience or 2 years Urgent Care experience.
• 2 years Family Medicine experience may be considered.
• Comfortable with minor procedures and reading EKGs/X-rays.
• Experience treating patients aged 6 months and up in acute care.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required.
• Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting required.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required.
