Job summary

MedStaff Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time wound care role covering skilled nursing facilities in Northern Vermont, including Burlington, Barre, and Saint Albans.

The provider will travel between facilities for wound care with comprehensive training provided. Malpractice insurance is covered from day one, and productivity-based compensation offers strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with at least 2 years of solo/independent practice experience.
• Vermont license or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern Vermont.
• No evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cover wound care at skilled nursing facilities across Burlington, Barre, and Saint Albans.
• Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week.
• Travel within the territory with ongoing clinical support.

Estimated Earnings: $75,000–$140,000+ annually, based on days worked, patient volume and procedures

MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time wound care opportunity covering skilled nursing facilities throughout Northern Vermont.

The provider will cover assigned facilities throughout Burlington, Barre, and Saint Albans and must be comfortable traveling throughout the territory.

Position Highlights

• Part-time – 2–3 days per week

• Previous wound care experience is not required
