HealthOp Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support urology clinics and hospital care. The role offers a flexible full-time schedule (4x10s or 5x8s) with no weekends, light on-call, and opportunities to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

You will evaluate patients, assist with procedures, participate in inpatient rounds, and coordinate care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage urology patients in clinic and hospital settings.
• Perform routine in-office urology procedures with training provided.
• Manage intravesical treatments and catheter care.
• Perform catheter placement and troubleshooting.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures as needed.
• Conduct inpatient rounds during assigned call rotations.
• Respond to phone calls during call coverage.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hospital & Clinic Settings – split between West Valley and Phoenix)

Hours & Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule (4x10s or 5x8s); No weekends

Work Environment: Urology clinic and hospital-based setting supporting physicians in both outpatient and inpatient care

Travel Required: Yes – split schedule between hospital and clinic locations

Salary / Hourly Rate: $120,000 – $160,000 annually

Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus eligibility after 1 year

On Call Required: Yes – light phone call during weekdays and 1:8 call rotation with rare weekend rounds (1–2 hours)
