Job summary

AOIA in Arizona is seeking a board-certified urologist to deliver comprehensive care in outpatient and procedural settings. You will diagnose and treat kidney, bladder, and genitourinary conditions, and perform surgeries as needed to support optimal patient outcomes.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, on-site with access to modern medical technologies and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of residency training in Urology.
  • Fellowship training in Urology preferred.
  • Active state medical license or eligibility in Arizona.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to stay current with evolving medical tech and treatment methods.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat disorders affecting the genitourinary system.
  • Document and review patient histories to guide treatment plans.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
  • Utilize specialized medical equipment including X-rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters.
  • Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when required.
  • Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions and related conditions.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, antibiotics, antiseptics, or other treatment.
  • Manage erectile dysfunction, infertility, and ejaculation disorders.
  • Provide urology consultations and coordinate referrals when specialized care is required.

Work Environment

Clinical and surgical practice providing comprehensive urologic care in both outpatient and procedural settings.


Salary / Hourly Rate

$350,000 - $450,000 Base Salary


Bonus Offered

Productivity and collections-based bonus with total earning potential exceeding $500,000

Job Summary

The Urologist provides specialized medical care to patients experiencing conditions affecting the kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder, and genitourinary system. This role includes diagnosing and treating disorders in both male and female patients, as well as addressing male reproductive health concerns such as prostate conditions and external genital disorders. The physician will evaluate patient histories, perform diagnostic testing, deliver treatment plans, and conduct surgical procedures when necessary to support optimum patient outcomes.
