What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assessment and treatment for a panel of up to 275 adults with Opioid Use Disorder from initial treatment through ongoing care
- Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, managing treatment effectively
- Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement techniques to enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate additional necessary services
- Actively participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid medical license and DEA license in your home state; must be eligible and willing to obtain licenses in multiple states
- Minimum of 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience in relevant medical environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective provider-patient relationships
- Comfort with risk/benefit balancing and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to share on-call responsibilities, including coverage for company-observed holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in telehealth services
- Motivational interviewing experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
