Position Summary

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services according to site-specific protocols and standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine, especially in long-term care settings.

Qualifications/Education

• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice medicine.
• Or, graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure in your state.
